Buzz was surrendered to ERAF through the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Department. He is a huge personality in a tiny body. He is learning proper ground manners and will occasionally test his boundaries. A quick reminder is all that is needed. Buzz would likely enjoy learning something challenging such as pulling a cart.
