Section Header1

By naming ERAF as a beneficiary in your will or other estate plan, you ensure ERAF’s mission devoted to the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of abused, abandoned, neglected and owner-surrendered horses remains strong for the future. The simplest gift of this type is an outright bequest where you leave a specific sum of money or a percentage of your will to ERAF.

If you notify ERAF of your intent to support our organization with a planned gift, you will become a founding member of the ERAF Legacy Society, a group of folks who will create the maximum positive impact upon the lives of our horses.

If you have already included ERAF in your will, please let us know. We would appreciate the opportunity to thank you and help make sure your intentions are conducted properly.

Planned Giving Benefits:
• Creates your ERAF legacy.
• Assets remain in your control.
• May provide tax savings.
• You qualify for inclusion in ERAF's Legacy Society.

Should you wish to include ERAF in your will, trust or other estate plan, we suggest you use the following language:

“I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation, Inc. (ERAF) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of Florida, the sum of (or ___ % of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to be used for ERAF.”
